How long does it take for a fizz SIM card to be delivered?

I ordered two SIM cards yesterday and heard through a fellow Fizz user that they are delivered to your address the next day but I have not received mine yet.

Depends where you leave, if you leave in montreal are usually fast

Your Fizz Order history lists every piece of hardware you have bought on the Fizz website, for example: SIM cards or modems. You will be able to see what you purchased, when, and see the delivery status for each order.

Your Order history does not list your Fizz plan payments and transactions (it only contains placed orders that were shipped). To view your plan payments and transactions, see Where can I see my Fizz plan payments?

To see a list of all your past Fizz orders click here:

You can see the status of all your Fizz orders in your Order history.

1. Log into your account and go to My Settings
2. Click on Order history / See details.
3. Click on the shipping number to see on the carrier’s website the details of your delivery.
4. If there’s any inconsistency with the delivery information you see, contact the carrier directly.
5. If the carrier cannot help you, contact us using the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner of this FAQ during our business hours so we can open a ticket for this issue.
