I am sorry to hear that you encounter this situation,
I have verified your account and I can see that you can change your plan to include international calls for a specific country.
All you need to do, is log into your account> my plans> manage plan> Change my plan.

Furthermore, if you want to make international calls before your plan change takes effect, you can always buy an add-on for international calls> my plans> manage plan> add-ons.

Hi, if any issues, change device if possible, empty the cache of your browser, restart it and put it in private mode. Try again.

Opt for an Add-On any time, no matter how many days are left in your payment cycle. Each Add-On is valid throughout your current payment cycle and the next one."
