I received my new sim card, replace the old one in my phone and follow the instructions but couldn’t get the activation code.

    Following the verifications I see that currently you didn't activated a plan.
    Please note that the steps from your Fizz account are: Mobile -> Activate my SIM -> Insert the activation code that is on the Fizz SIM -> Select your plan and complete the process. You can find more information in this FAQ:  https://fizz.ca/en/faq/activate
