Connected to wireless connection but no internet
Hi, i am having some issues connecting my smart TV to the internet even though there is a wireless connection. Tried contacting customer services but they couldn't help much since there was technically no issues with my wifi since i could connect other devices to the wifi. Have anyone ever had this kind of problem? It really sucks since it worked until a few weeks ago. I've add the message that i get from the TV and its model. Any help will be greatly appreciated, thank you. *** I also tried to change the DNS manually to 8.8.8.8, still no change

As my colleagues have said, your overall modem is working without an issue. Even so, I would like to propose the following for you and see if it works for you:
-Restart the TV by unplugging it.
-If that doesn't work for you you will need to perform a factory reset of the modem and configure it from a telephone or other device except from the TV.
