DNS server not working tried everything
No blue lights flashing, DNS server is still offline, I have reset and hard reset. I need my internet since I work from home…seriously what am I paying for? Help me. I’ve tried contacting you nothing

If the lights are ON, it is ok

Can you try to turn off the modem, verify the coaxial cable if it is well connected, after couples of minutes turn on the modem again. If you a new customer, or you did the reset, you need to wait 15 minutes in order to let the modem finish all the updated.
