Purchased phone not delivered, how to get my money back?
I ordered an iPhone, but "Planète Courrier" is not able to deliver it. Every time they lie about delivery times and never fulfill their promise. I cannot wait forever for this. Fizz chat support is also super slow in response and it takes more than a day for them to answer each of my messages. What is this shitty way of providing service to customers? How could I get my money back?
