Hi, Im transferring my number to Telus. They were asking for an account number with 12 digits. However fizz account only have 8 digits. what should I do?

Indeed, Fizz only has an 8 digits account number.
If necessary you can also use your IMEI.

I can see that in the meantime you manage to finish the transfer.

Did you try to talk with Telus? Probably you need to use some leading zeros to filled up
