Fizz/activate is not working !

Hello,


is this a well known issue ? the page to activate my new Sim Card is just not refreshing and I only get error messages (its not possible to access the Activation Page....)

Tried on Firefox and Chrome...

    Hi, if any issues, can you change browser? Or empty the cache of your browser, restart it and put it in private mode. Try again. There are three ways to activate a SIM card, try one after another. Between each attempt, it is better to empty the cache, close the browser and open it again.

    • Log into your Fizz account, and go under Overview. Select Get started in the create your plan tile. There, you’ll have the opportunity to activate your SIM card. 

    or

    • In the fizz.ca menu bar, click on Mobile/Activate my SIM.

    and just scroll down until you see the green bubble with a question mark which you click on, then a second click to start your session. Chat is the faster way.
