Perks were never applied for Fizz Mobile
I had two $25 perks that I applied to a new cell phone plan this past summer, and activated them when I moved to Fizz mobile (I have had Fizz internet since April 2019).
I didn't expect them to be applied immediately.. I know it takes a couple of months. It is now the end of November and I still haven't seen any discount. I have steadily been paying the required monthly fee for cell service.
My question is when will the two $25 rebates be applied? They were activated before they expired.

Reading the forum perks are applied right away

Same happened for my wife's plan. I have activated "1 month free" Perk for her plan which is under my account. Perk was not applied. I have opened a case with customer support, it's been almost a month in their queue without any reply. Will wait until my next billing cycle and will try to escalate.

Contact the chat and tell them that. Normally even if they can't they will be able to credit you.
