My internet wifi is working on all devices but I cannot connect my new work computer. When prompted for the network security key I receive the message that I cannot connect.

Is you work computer managed from the IT's of your company? They can limit the usage on other network
Probably they enforce some particular configuration for the WiFi specific protocol? Since if they force to have at least WPA3, the Fizz modem I believe that Fizz's modem don't supporting this
Can you connect it using a network cable?
Hi, do you have a VPN for your work? This could be the problem since all your other devices are connected without issue. Unfortunately, the Fizz modem/router does not have the functionality to configure a VPN.
For some subscribers, their work connection's VPN works, for others it doesn't.
Perhaps as an alternative try one on your own work computer?
