I am writing to cancel my Fizz account like they told me to my account I did it’s not excepting thec
I am just trying to cancel my services with fizz. I went to where they told me to go to cancel and it’s not accepting the date I am cancelling for 1 December.

If any issues, change device if possible, empty the cache of your browser, restart it and put it in private mode. Try again. Did you follow these steps without putting a date just cancel. Because applied by system.
To unsubscribe from your Home Internet plan, go under My plans > Manage plan > Unsubscribe and follow the on-screen steps. Don’t forget to note your return ID number for your Wi-Fi modem.

After checking your account, I noticed that the unsubscribe request has not been made yet. To do so, please follow the steps below: go under My plans > Manage plan > Unsubscribe and follow the on-screen steps. Don’t forget to note your return ID number for your Wi-Fi modem.
