New line goes to another person
I open a new mobile line 6 days ago. It is activated immediately. However, I can only make a call. I tried to send text from this number, there is nothing received. Then, I tried to call AND text to this new number, funny thing is that another lady answered. She told me she has the same number but with Bell. I chatted with support team, but after 5 days still nobody tell me what is going on. I have ticket #203557. I paid 6 days for nothing. Can anybody from the Fizz team here tell me when I can use my phone? Thanks.
