There is no place to fill in Referral code? How to fix it?

When I activated my sin card, I can not find any place to fill in referral code until I click the activated. And there has not anything to reminder us to fill referral code. Why the FIZZ design such a trick to attract new customer?

If there is no available solution, I only have to go back other carries or buy another activation card agian.

What a ridiculous system and very disppointed for FIZZ.

    Hi, often you have to change browsers, or empty the cache and put it in private mode. Residues or cookies in the cache can cause problems.

    There is only one place to put the reference code. For the mobile service, it is in your account when activating the mobile plan, at the "Summary of your order" step that you put the reference code. And once you have put it, click on the small green box to validate it, before confirming your order.

    You can also go to the reference codes page, several subscribers tell you exactly the approach and the precise location with images.
