    What’s OKTA? Fizz works with OKTA, a firm that specializes in online authentication processes to maintain a higher level of security for our members. A communication went out too quickly, but the situation has since been addressed.

    Fizz may do business with OKTA but I would believe that is for developers only and not for customers. What connection with the forum? But unfortunately, I do not understand your question. Maybe another subscriber...

    I received an email from fizz.ca asking me to activate my OKTA account.

    All links in the email look legit.
