Router no longer works
Hi everyone!
My router/modem suddenly stopped working.
I've looked at https://fizz.ca/en/faq/my-device-cannot-connect-wi-fi-how-do-i-fix. I've unplugged the router and attempted the factory reset a few times but to no avail.
Power, upload and download lights are lit, the large "-><-" button is circled in orange and everything else is unlit.
What are my next steps?

Did factory reset actually happened? If yes and you are still facing the same issue than contact Fizz by chat.
