LTE constant reject to the fizz network in Quebec city

I have the same problem with Catherine T. #31516 (she had this from February).

When I had to work a little far from Downtown and mobile data crash . I did restart the phone, refresh SIM card slot and also change the phone but problem was not solved.

I cannot use online transportation application (monthly 90$) which cause me late to come the working place.

unprofessional technical support employee gave a link which cannot open even in computer then blame phone crash then close the topic without any further support.

I am really disappointed and I regret recommending my friends change to Fizz

    There's a way to see Fizz' coverage zone via :

    https://fizz.ca/en/coverage

    If it is near Quebec City, I don't know why you wouldn't be in the zone where you can use your phone properly.

    Anywho, I suggest you to contact the customer service by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.

    ·        Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    ·        Choose the option 💬 chat

    ·        If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.
