Ordered the new VoLTE SIM cards in August 2022 still have not received for either of my phone accounts. What should I do?

    I hope this message finds you well. 

    There are some delays in shipping VoLTE SIM cards. If you ordered your VoLTE SIM card, don't worry. You will receive your envelope by regular mail, but the delay will be a bit longer than expected. Thank you for your patience.

    No need to rush since VoLTE will be activated somewhere in 2023 but you can check the status in your account under settings >> order history.
