Internet seems to be down since early morning, even after wifi reboot, blue light doesn’t come up.

is there any maintenance?

Sorry to hear about the situation you've encountered with the internet service!

I noticed you already received a response on the other thread you've opened. There's indeed maintenance work taking place in your area that is currently affecting your internet service. Rest assured, the technicians are already dispatched on-site working around the clock to fix the issue. Once the situation has been resolved, the service should be restored automatically, and the "@" light will be visible on your Wi-Fi modem.

If this takes longer than 48 hours, you're entitled to a reimbursement based on the service agreement.
