How do I order internet for my home i put my card number and can't see it is this a scam

I put my card number and I can't find my order is this a scam how do I know it is legit can't find my order is there a phone number I can call to speak with someone

    Hi, no it is not possible to make a call. Everything is 100% online at Fizz. Have you chosen an internet package? And then associate it with your payment method? This is essential to finalize your order. Here are the procedures.

    a) Create your Fizz account by associating it with a valid email that will be directly associated with your account. Note: You will receive an email to the email address you associate with your Fizz account asking you to confirm your email address.

    b) Add a plan: Click on Overview and from there scroll down to the Home Internet tile”. Click Add plan.

    c) Identify your service address. The place where the installation will be made.

    d) Choose your Home Internet plan – the speed you need

    e) Choose your installation option. Self-installation (no charge) or VIP installation with $60.00 charge.

    f) Schedule your installation appointment.

    « Use our scheduling tool to book your installation at a time when an adult will be available at your service address. An installation appointment can take as little as five (5) minutes if everything is fine and the cable connection is functional. Just keep in mind that it can take up to two (2) hours if work is necessary or if you chose the VIP installation. » 

    You can opt in to receive appointment reminders by email or text. Click Save to register your appointment

    The appointment is visible from My plans > manage plan > appointment once the order is placed.
    I can see that your service was already installed yesterday.
