Everything was working fine untill Fizz gave me an appointment with a technician that I don't need to start off with and now no more internet for 1 week all because off the horrible service Fizz has. Turn it back on now

    Hello Carocamaro,

    I am sorry to hear about this situation.
    When you move to a different location you also need to start a moving order from your Fizz account to have the service transferred.
    I can see you did that now and you have an appointment set for October 26th. 
    Please wait for the technician to arrive and validate the move, the service will work again after that.
