Please reschedule the appointment from your Fizz account, My plans > manage plan > appointments.

What time is your appointment? It is possible that the technician can be late.
If the technician does not come, it is possibly due to complications with the previous installation.
In this case, you can reschedule another appointment yourself from the account by going to My plans → Manage my plan → Appointments. Once 24 hours have passed since the appointment's due date, the Reschedule button will appear there. You can then choose a new date and time that works best for you
PS. You can reschedule only 24 hours after the missed appointment
