Unable to make plan changes / additions - resets to account summary page
Anyone trying to add / change a feature to their plan this morning? I tried with latest Chrome and Edge on W10 and as soon as I add / change a feature (for example, adding text or voice minutes) it immediately refreshes back to the account summary change disregarding any changes...
Anyone else having similar issues?

Hi Robin,
Please clear browser cache/cookies/history from 'all time'.
You could also process the change from your phone to see if it's affecting one device or multiple.

You must contact Fizz customer service for that. Go to this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble with a question mark, to your right, click on it and then another click.
