Internet payment
Hello,
My home internet is cutting down today.I have tried all other methods to restore the internet , it did not work.I guess because of the payment. My credit card expired.I though my internet and mobile are in same account. I updated recently my fizz payment method for my fizz mobile account. My internet and my mobile should use same account, but I can not see my internet plan in my account. I do not know where I can updated my internet payment method.
We have 4 family members who are using the fizz mobile service. We checked all accounts, We can not find internet plan in any mobile account. It is so weird. We all updated mobile payment methods. How to login to my internet account to update my home internet payment method.

My credit card is expired.
You must update your payment method at least 72 hours before the end of your payment cycle to make sure your account is updated in time for your next payment. Before removing the card currently associated with your account, you’ll need to add a new one first.
My Settings>Payment Methods>Add a new payment method
Once your payment method has been updated in your Fizz account, you must associate it to each plan you want to pay with that card. That is not done automatically.
My Plans>Manage Plan>Payment Method
