Hello, I’m not able to pay, nothing wrong with our credit cards, I tried 2 credit cards and we contacted the provider, It’s not proceeding the right pay. Is something wrong with the website? My account should be renewed before tomorrow. I don’t want it to stop

Hi,
Recently there have been issues with Fizz payments using CIBC Costco Mastercard, they are aware of the issue, but for immediate relief I recommend changing your payment method (at least for this 1 payment) until the situation wit the trasnaction broker between Fizz and CIBC mastercard is resolved.
