Internet slow

Hi,

my internet recently got very slow. I can’t even check the internet speed on the app.

if i try to play an online game, it loads during the game.

when i watch a video. The video stops and loads in the middle of it. I tried unplugging and replugging but the problem stays. What can i do

    I just verified your modem's signals and I can see that there are some isolated situations where the signals were out of specs, however, most of the issues are on the WiFi network. I noticed that I already responded to you on a different communication channel, and provided some troubleshooting steps.     Hi, reset your Wi-Fi modem to its factory settings

    IMPORTANT: This will reset any changes that have been made to your Wi-Fi modem settings to date. You may also need to reconfigure your devices’ Wi-Fi settings (network name, password, etc.).

    "Using a small, sharp object, press the modem’s reset button for 10 seconds.

    Once your modem has restarted, follow the same instructions you used when you initially installed it."

    There is also maintenance service in some areas recently. You should contact customer service. They will be able to check in your sector if there is still maintenance, and with their tools to see if it is your modem or not which is in question. Go to https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues

    and just scroll down until you see the green bubble with a question mark which you click on, then a second click to start your session.
