I would also suggest restarting the modem and removing the wifi connection from the "saved" connections on your phone. And then attempting to connect once again.

Hi Natalia, you mean you are not able to connect to your modem with the Fizz wifi application? Try this: unplug your modem then wait a few moments before plugging it back in... Sometimes this solves the problem of access to the modem/router. When it will be operational again.
- Lo log in, use the following credentials:
- Username: cusadmin
- Password: (enter the new password you chose)

- If not, uninstall the app, restart your phone, reinstall the app, then try connecting again.
