Fizz Home Internet Drops
Hello,
The wired and wireless connection keeps dropping on my home internet. I check the status lights and the first time the down arrow was flashing. I had to reboot 4 times before it came back. The second time, all the lights were on and I had to reboot to get it back. Nothing is indicated on the service interruption screens. Need this to be more reliable as I work from home.

Yeah that ? button doesn't do anything for me. I've been clicking it all day. I am in chrome with no pop-up blockers on.

Blue light flashing means it's trying to receive a downstream connection.
If modem has issues then wifi will be affected.
