Fizz internet Cable

I would like to have the internet with Fizz, but I only have the Bell cable. Will it work with that cable? if not, I am wondering if FIZZ can install and bury in the ground the coaxial cable this month (October 2022)?

When signing up you will enter your address and it will indicate if service is offered. High speed unlimited internet | Fizz

We are only a community forum and not Fizz support.

Usually cables are passed by contracted Videotron technicians, I cannot speak to how the cable will be passed.

As some of the members already told you, the first step is to verify on the site if your address is available for Fizz home internet. Make sure you add the full address.
You can inform the technician when he will come to bring you the modem and install the services that you want him to bury cable.

Thanks, I tried the website link and it is available, but does it require you to bury the new cable outside? Are you guys using Bell or videotron ? I just want to make sure, because I don't want a cable hanging outside all winter and risk a snowplow cutting it or any other issues.
