Internet is down

Hello, my internet is down for 1 hour, tried to reboot my modem, does not help. Somebody experiencing same problem?

    Everything is working fine at home today for me...

    Have you checked all your cables are well plugged behind the modem ? Are you modem' lights on/blinking ?
