Hi, there is a technical difficulty on the Fizz site. You should contact Fizz customer service. Sign into your account then go to this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues
and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble with a question mark, to your right, click on it and then another click. You can chat with support.They will give you the best solution, to reactivate your plan.
They are talking about phone plan but I need to reactivate my home internet plan because it's suspended.
When you say "they talk about phone plan...." mean customer service?
We are subscribers here on the forum and cannot provide technical support. Normally you receive an email or text giving you instructions on how to reactivate your plan. Did you receive this email/text message and follow the instructions (for mobile or internet)?
Contact customer service again and explain exactly what is happening to you. They will be able to help you. It's the only way to get support. See above for help page and chat.

There are technical difficulties on the Fizz site for the payment method. You absolutely have to go through customer service. They will open a ticket and forward your request to tech support. REQUEST IT IN PRIORITY since your internet is suspended.
