If you want to change your SIM card and you already have a new one in your possession, the best thing you can do is reach out to our customer service, and they will gladly help you out. We will need you to contact us on the live chat, so we can authenticate you and then complete the SIM swap process.To contact us on the live chat you have to go to any of our FAQs and click the (?) in the lower right corner of the screen. The steps to follow to change your SIM card automatically succeed one another in your Fizz account.
Log in and go under > My plans > Manage plan > Change SIM card.
Follow the on-screen instructions and when required, enter the activation code of your new SIM card.
