Hi, there's only 1h15 left before the deadline of the installation and after reading on the forum I'm worried the technician won't come at all, are you able to track the technicians if they're on their way?

    We are users like you here, so no, we can't.

    Did the technician come? Sometimes they are a little late. If he doesn't come, you'll get an email with instructions.

    I hope he came and that everything is fine with your installation.
