My 250 Mo mobile data roaming still not working. I'm on AT&T network, roaming mobile data enabled on my phone settings. I got connected only once and after that nothing at all. Only a message 'internet not available' or 'unable to connect'. Really, really disapointing and frustrating!!!

Hi Ivan, unfortunately Fizz informed his followers of this:

"As of now, only Travel Add-ons for data are offered. Travel Add-ons to make calls will be available at a later time."

It is possible to use apps WhatsApp, Messenger, Google Duo, Facetime, etc. These apps use data and do not require voice coverage.

Information is given by a subscriber in this page, go to the chapter which speaks about the T-Mobile network. It's for southern US, but maybe it can help?
