My internet is not working and I’m out of ideas
Wifi is working, but there is no internet
I tried everything:
-restarted modem/router several times
-checked to see if tue network is now, but everything seems fine
-changed wifi password and settings
-Plugged and unplugged everything
-Bill is payed, nothing weird that I can see in my account

If the network is down*

Hi Robert, have you tried factory setting your modem.
a) With a paper clip weigh in the "reset" cavity behind the modem
b) Wait 15-20 seconds
c) Wait for the modem to reset and reconnect to the network.
If you go to the modem interface with a browser, put in the address at the top the IP 192.168.0.1 a window will open automatically and you can configure again. It would be worth trying this manipulation. Maybe solve your problem.
If nothing happens, contact customer service to see if there is a service outage in your area, or they can check the status of your modem with their tools. Sign into your account then go to this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues
and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble with a question mark, you can chat with support.

What state are your modem lights in?
Particularly Downstream and Upstream.

the downstream is lightblue instead of the usual darker one, rest of the light seem usual

Plug a network cable to your router, and plug it to a laptop or other, just to see if you have a network connection. If you don't get connected, the issue is upstream.

Downstream light being light blue means the following:
Light blue solid is downstream frequency is locked (channel bonding).
Are the other lights blinking / solid?
Can you provide an image?

The last two lights being solid means the wireless network is active but there is no data being sent or received.

This happens to me at least twice a month if not more. I just wait it out now. I've had a tech over video chat try and fix it. They sent a new modem. Reboot the whole thing from their end. Nothing worked.
It's super great when I'm on zoom calls for work. 🤦🏼♀️🤣
Now I just wait it out. Can last anywhere from a few minutes to over an hour. I've never been offered compensation which is kind of a bummer.

It's very strange, everything looks good! Have you tried multiple devices, wired and wireless? So, I think you'll have to talk to Fizz support.
