Why does my internet connection doesn't match my subscription??

Hey hello there,

I'm having a lot's of issue with my residential internet connection these days. I lose internet for a few seconds/minutes and it comes back... But it's several times a day.

As many, I'm WFH so.. yeah.. I need this internet thing.

Also, I did a speed test on my connection and I got this : 40 MBps... ? Sorry, what? I pay for 120Mbps

Does any one has a solution?

    Sorry to hear about the situation encountered!


    I verified your modem`s signals and they were not in very good condition sadly.

    Please try to unplug the modem`s cables ( coaxial and power outlet ) then plug them back , and check for any damage on them, also try to test the modem in another power outlet to eliminate the possibility of this being an electrical issue.
