Can someone at fizz check the network connection please

I followed all the steps to make it work but I still don't have internet. There's some work done on my building and I suspect a cable outside was maybe damaged or unplugged. Is there anyway to check the connexion between my router and the network?

    Hi, for this you can contact Fizz customer service. They will be able to check the connection with their tools and see the situation. Go to: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues

    and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble with a question mark, you can chat with support.
