Can someone at fizz check the network connection please
I followed all the steps to make it work but I still don't have internet. There's some work done on my building and I suspect a cable outside was maybe damaged or unplugged. Is there anyway to check the connexion between my router and the network?

and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble with a question mark, you can chat with support.
