I m going to the states and need new sim card for the volte. How do I get refund cause I paid for it

    Please note that indeed, for the moment the swap to a VoLTE SIM won't allow you to make calls and send SMS while you are in USA. This will work in the moment when Fizz will release the VoLTE services as well.

    At the moment the mobile data will work without any issues, since it is using LTE, the only frequency kept in USA. You will be able to make calls and send messages using social media applications such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram and others.

    At the moment it will be useless fizz does not support VoLTE not event with the new sim

    If you want to buy one and get refunded contact the support
