Is anyone else having major issues with data, cell service and the technical support team?
I have had issues with data being cut off when there is still data available, my monthly data not showing up and now I have no cellular service, nor data.
They keep on creating "tickets", but as of yet, nothing has been fixed.
What has your response time been?
How long will I have to wait before my cell phone service is restored?

Hello @LindaP ,
Sorry to hear about the situation encountered!
For the moment, our technical team is investigating the issue regarding the services as we apologize also for the inconvenience!
Rest assured, our colleagues will contact you back via e-mail in the shortest time possible once we receive their feedback.
You can also track the ticket status via My settings - My tickets, to also have a view on its progress.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Your patience is greatly appreciated!
Have a good one,
-Raul

I used the chat service twice when I encountered issues and was successful in getting a timely solution and response.

Are you in the coverage zone? Fizz Network Map | 4G LTE Coverage | Fizz
See if you're in the green or pink section of the map I linked above.

Yes. I am in the zone and have had no problem with coverage in the past. The technical team seems to have gone AWOL. LOL

What is your phone? Iphone Android?
I performed a network reset on my android phone today when I had trouble sending out a text message.
Following the reset my internal antennae were working fine.

It is the sim card. I tried it in an other phone - same issues.

still not able to use my phone to send / receive calls

I performed all the steps outlined in the support section.
I asked for a new sim card in the chat but they can not send one w/o tech support looking at the issue.
this is completely unacceptable to leave someone without phone service

Hi Linda, as technical support may be a bit longer than expected, you could buy yourself a SIM card - VoLte in a subway station. In some vending machines the price was $5.00, I don't know if it's still that price. It is also possible in Jean Coutu pharmacies and in the Couche-Tard chain.
Then activate your new card. Here is the procedure. Log in to your account and go to My plans > Manage my plan > Change my SIM card. Follow the on-screen instructions and when prompted, enter the activation code for your new SIM card.
