Calling USA

I have unlimited Canada and USA plan and yet i cannot call to American numbers. Very disappointed.

    Hello Jjmtl,

    I am sorry to hear about this situation.
    If you are in the US now, please keep in mind that the 3G network does not work there for calls and texts.
    I recommend trying to make a call while using the 2G network.
