Sorry to hear about the situation encountered!
From what I see, the technician did not find you home when he had to reach your location.
You did manage to reach us on Live chat, and our colleagues asked you to reschedule and then come check with us a bit later to see if we can find an earlier appointment but you did not agree and decided to cancel the appointment in the meantime.
You were already refunded by our system and the transaction should be visible in some business days also.

It's an online service.
Such a product might not be a good fit for you, and you'll end up paying a premium of a few dollars with the competitor for that "in person" service you're looking for.
What is the exact nature of your issue?
Have you run tests? Have you isolated the problem?
