Impossible to get help
There's no way to reach customer service with this company. I spoke only to bots and could not get a single answer to my concerns. I have no internet service and the company hasn't helped at all. Go somewhere else for your internet service!! STAY AWAY!

Sorry to hear about the situation encountered!
From what I see, the technician did not find you home when he had to reach your location.
You did manage to reach us on Live chat, and our colleagues asked you to reschedule and then come check with us a bit later to see if we can find an earlier appointment but you did not agree and decided to cancel the appointment in the meantime.
You were already refunded by our system and the transaction should be visible in some business days also.

You can chat with an agent directly 24/7 using the live chat function. To contact them on the live chat you have to go to any of the FAQs and click the (?) in the lower right corner of the screen.
