Icant receive calls

I can manage to make calls but not receive them. I have a unlimited calls plan i dont get it

    Hope this comment finds you well! 

    I took a look at your plan and saw that plan wise everything is in top shape on our side as well. I would recommend to try the following suggestions and if they won't work, contact us on our chat to help you further: 

    -Restart the phone if you haven't tried yet
    -Turn Airplane mode on and off
    -Make sure that Call Blocking is deactivated on your phone (The way to reach this setting varies from model to model.) 
    -See if the same happens when your SIM is in another phone
