Hello,

I had a lots of network issues since the end of august, and it is still happening is there is anyway to get a reward?? it is very disturbing my work activities!

    Sorry to hear about your network issues. I have looked over your account and saw that you only have a mobile plan. Thus I would like to suggest to try the following:

    -See if you are on the Fizz network (The way to reach the settings that let you see which network you are on can differ in accordance with the phone. Best to google on how to reach it.)

    -Verify if your phone is blacklisted. ( Use your IMEI to verify it on this: https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/ )

    -Test the SIM card with a different phone if possible.
