Internet down St Laurent/Pins

Our internet has been down near St Laurent & Pins for about 10 hours. I have restarted the modem but it is not getting an IP address (no DOCSIS connection).

Kind of bummed as I'm unwell and was hoping to watch trash on Netflix all day - any idea when this will be resolved?

    Hi, there have been outages in this area recently. Contact customer service, they can better inform you. Go to: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues

    and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble with a question mark, you can chat with support.
