Why can't I add a new payment method?

Yesterday, I tried multiple times adding another payment method like a CC and reached the max number of attempts on Fizz website but when I reached the bank and asked if anything went wrong they saw no attempt at all...what can I do to get my service back ? Thanks in advance.
