1) Good day all, I live in Ontario when I search for my address for mobile cellular it says this address is unfortunately outside your subscription area. I was looking to switch to Fizz but not sure if I can get a plan.

2) If I can get a plan is Volte available ?

    Hello NormanWalsh,

I am sorry to inform you that you won't be able to subscribe from that address.
The service can be used there only temporarily using our partner's network but the majority of the usage needs to be made in the subscription area (green zone).
Here you can find more information about this: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/partner-networks

    Have a lovely day,
    -Alex

Hi, no not yet. Maybe towards the end of the year but..?

"Using a VoLTE compatible SIM card with your Fizz mobile plan means you'll be ahead of the game and ready for VoLTE when it becomes available on Fizz's network."

    1) In Ontario, in the Ottawa environment. See coverage map. Scroll further down the page, "Search an adress": https://fizz.ca/en/coverage

    1) I live in Kitchener Waterloo area and it says this address is unfortunately outside your subscription area what does this mean ? Does it mean I can't get services?

    2) I read you get Rogers coverage across Canada is this true and if so does it come at an extra cost?
