New Sim Card Won’t Activate

I inserted new Sim as required from Fizz and entered code in manage plan. I get a message not recognized. Help? I ordered another sim and they are charging me 15.00. Anyone have this issue?

    What phone are you using? And double check to make sure you enter the correct code. I think if your first sim card is damaged, you can ask for a refund in customer service.
