I have a cellular plan with Fizz already. I want to buy a second chance phone for a member of a family who already have a cellular plan with another company. Can I buy the second plan phone ?

I am glad to hear that you are interested in purchasing a phone from Fizz. You can take advantage of any offer you want from our website, however, for the phones that come with a rebate, you will need to have an active plan for 12/24 or 36 months, depending on the phone, in order to take advantage of the reduced price.

Hi Rosalie, yes you can have several plans on the same account. Just buy another SIM, and create a new plan, on your account. You can use the same credit card or another. Just go to my fizz account, then preview and then add a plan.

It will be a new independent plan, but on the same account.

You could also create a new account, using a new email address, refer the new account with the old one and get a $25 credit on each account!
