Appointment date wrong!
Hello! I booked an appointment for installation on 28 September initially. After that, I rescheduled to 29 September. But today 27 September, I received a reminder which said the technician will come tomorrow 28 September!!! I check online, the appointment still shows on 28 but when I click-in to look, the schedule is on 29!? What's wrong with it? I am afraid you will come the wrong date and delay my service!

It appears to be a display issue in the reminder.
I just verified and the appointment is set for September 29th, you have nothing to worry about.

Looks like a bug where the scheduled appt. was updated, but the automated reminder message was not.
