I ordered new sim on sep.19
but I haven't gotten yet.
I already sent the message to delivery company.
I didn't get the any feedback.
When I chat with fizz's someone today.
Someone said I should get a refund.
How can I apply for a refund?

I am sorry to hear about this.
I can see that a refund request was already escalated.
It will be visible in your transaction history once it will be applied and the funds will be returned after a few working days.

Hi, do not put your personal information, this is a public forum. The only way for a refund is to contact Fizz customer service. They will be able to check into your account and update it, if it's possible. Go to: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble with a question mark, you can chat with support. Chat is the faster way.
